Hatha: A slow, deep, and  introspective class. Expect to explore movement and refine alignment with long hold, active stretching, breath practices and nourishing stillness.  The practice is designed to affect the muscles, organs and connective tissues of the body and leaves you feeling at home in your body and mind, grounded, relaxed and at ease.

Yoga Tune Up: A full body massage. Yoga Tune Up® classes focus on eradicating pain, improving posture and enhancing performance by locating  and releaseing your body’s blind spots that are catalysts for injury and sub optimal movement. We use YTU® therapy balls and myofascial release techniques to roll out and release muscles and tonify meridian points  in an effort to calm the nervous system, reduce tension, eliminate pain, increase mobility, and increase wellbeing. (75 minutes)
