Join me for your sadhana, a ritual of coming to the mat with the intent to unhook from the mind and to drop into the awareness of breath. We start with the body, conducting energy, building prana, and slowly fine tuning our awareness to the more subtle pulsations, vibrations and undercurrents of energy that flow just below our field our awareness. When we learn to drop in and cultivate discipline of mind we transcend surface level thought, we soften restriction in the body, we evolve, we find freedom and we we ultimately cultivate a state of embodiment, a non-dual state of total bliss. The more we practice, the more we start to relate to ourselves and to the the world from a place of love. Show up for yourself and see what happens.
